where do we send them to?

You don't - you upload them to the album:

Basically you go to the relevant Album and just submit/upload the picture.

Make sure you're submitting only once in each (they have to be validated - so you can't really do that) - and that the pic and herp are both yours. Once the picture has been validated it will show up in the relevant album.

May's winners have been updated on the homepage. Also added links to view the current entries as well as a direct link to submit. You need to be logged in of course but it should make it a little easier.
