How well do Infrared/Thermal cameras work on BPs?
So I lost my BP in my somewhat messy room (worst case scenario is that he crawled into my couch :() and have been thinking of renting out a FLIR camera to help find him. I have tried googling but it doesnt seem like anyone has tried this before. Anyone have experience with this?

I don't think it'll work, they are cold blooded animals with the same temperature as the ambient.
Unless it's in plain sight I don't think you'll be able to see him.

Thermal cam was actually how we found our Mojave after she was missing for three days! We had to set the thermal settings to a minimal range, but we were able to pick up the faint temperature difference when we pointed the camera at a speaker in the living room. The three hour rental from Home Depot really came through for us.
    Good luck!

I've not tried it personally, but I've seen at least two stories of this working! It's well worth the shot!
