Large Male to Small Female?

I don't plan on breeding very soon, but I wanted to ask for when the time comes that I do decided to breed them. I know the female has already been bred before by the guy I got her from and she had a good healthy clutch, but I wonder if there would be any issue to me breeding my male to her. I don't remember their most recent weights, but she's 3 feet long and he's at least 5 feet long. Most people seem to breed smaller males to larger females, but I know that's usually just because the males mature faster. Would there be any problem putting them together?

5 feet for a male would be very large (not impossible but not usual), how old is he? And have sex him when you got him?

I'm more curious of the weight than the length of that male. I don't think she's going to go this year but I had no issues pairing my big 2000g mocha guy to my short and fat super phantom.

Deborah I did have him sexed when I got him by a herp vet. No idea how old he is though.

My male is 2000g, my female is 1400g. Not as different as I thought.

I don't really see an issue with it, and can't imagine any reason not to.
