Need some help with web programs
Ok i am in the process of building a new site. The one I have now has served it purpose but needs to be more profesional..lol YEah I know it sould come with a crayons..lol.. I am looking for a program without a huge learning curve but will make a professional site. I want to be able to do everything myself is the reason I dont have one built and need to learn anyway. So if you have used these programs please cast your vote and tell me alittle about your experience with them.. Thanks guys,

I like MS Front Page fairly well.. I was able to pop it out of the box and pretty much picked up the basics in a couple days ...most in a couple of hours ( BTW I am one of those guys that never reads the directions or on line tutorials) your going to want to pick up Photo Shop some where also or "borrow" it from a friend

100% dreamweaver. it can do everything frontpage can do plus A LOT more. it is 100 times more flexable and powerful. if you want more information or to call and talk about it just send me an e-mail @ saryon@swbell.net

Having designed a site or two in my life, I would say have it professionally done if you can dish out the cash(or herps :P ). If ur gonna do it ur self, nothing beats dreamweaver. You could also buy a template online, or better yet download free templates from the link below.

if you can afford it the macromedia suite is awesome - it's got dreamweaver, flash, fireworks, ... can't recall what else and the new suite may have more as adobe and macromedia are now merged .. which means the new photoshop stuff will be totally integrateable which is awesome. Anyways it takes a while to learn them - I still am learning them. Someone else might be your best bet.

I have macromedia suite....but I have NO CLUE how to use it. I got it as a 'freebie' and have just been playing around on it. Sorry, I cant really help out with the internet type software(not much experience there). I would have to hire someone.

But.....if you ever need advice or help with engineering software...I am your man ;)
