Any suggestions for caging for a dwarf reticulated python?
I was looking at some videos on YouTube about care of reticulated pythons. I was thinking of getting a large Vision 632, it's the largest Vision cage with the sliding glass in the front. I was thinking I could stack a few and simply move the snake from one level to another level during cleaning. But I saw someone with a similar cage on YouTube and they were cleaning it, looks like you almost have to climb into the cage to clean it out, seems like it could be pretty nasty smelling in there. Perhaps a slide out tub would be better, similar to an ARS rack tub? Seems like it would be easier to clean and you wouldn't have to climb inside of it to clean it? Any other suggestions for the best enclosure for weekly cleaning for a large 10 foot plus snake?

Actually I'm just finding out all of the particulars of having a bunch of snakes. I don't think you can really imagine what it takes until you really get into the full swing of things. This retic is my 18th snake and my first big snake over five feet. I sure love the hobby and the animals so will do whatever it takes, I usually check them all and spot clean at least once or twice a day and handle the biggest ones daily. I also have 7 head of cattle, talk about a bunch of poo! I feed them about 150 pounds of food per day and get two wheelbarrows of manure per day, now that's a lot of compost!

Sounds like fun. My max was 62 then I bought a house and got married so time shrunk so did the collection. Was also started keeping exotic cats and house cats and run a cat rescue. So our lives revolve around feces

I've kept horses. I'm used to needing a spreader to deal with manure.
