    Can anyone suggest the best way to remove my corn from one of his hiding spots without upsetting him?

    Just lift up the hide and take him out.

    Is he new ?

    He might get upset but he will get used to you picking him up.

    Just make sure hes not asleep.If you try to grab him when hes asleep you might really scare him and he will get pretty mad. Make sure that his tonge is flicking in and out and that he is following your movements with his eyes and head.That means he is awake and then you can pick him up.
