    Happy Memorial Day
Happy Memorial Day to all. Hope everyone has a great and safe day.

Please take a moment to reflect and thank all those who serve or have served this country and especially those who gave the ultimate sacriface.
This is their day for us to honor them.

Many many thanks to them all.

    Well said!

My husband, Mike, served his country in both Germany and Sauda Arabia. He is 3rd generation Army. One day perhaps our son will choose to carry on this family tradition. Our oldest daughter is now contemplating a career in the armed services (she just graduated from high school this past weekend).

The men and women who serve in our military have won for us every hour we live in freedom, sometimes at the expense of the very hours of the lifetimes they had hoped to live.

Thanks for the reminder, Jotay. My grandfather, brother, ex-husband, and various other people important to me have served in our armed forces and I have great respect for the challenges and sacrifices they and others who serve(d) have faced.
