My snake escaped from an ARS rack!
I'm pretty sure this one was my fault, I put a very young king snake in an ARS-7030 tub. I found him on the floor today, thought maybe I made a mistake and he got out when I was cleaning tubs. Tonight I checked on all my snakes and found he was gone! Looks like in some of the ARS-70 series tubs there's a bit more space above the tub, in this case it was enough that the snake could escape. We looked everywhere all evening for that snake and still can't find him. If we do find him I can use a different tub in the rack that closes up that top gap more than the tub he was in, just something to watch for in case you don't have a hatchling rack and need to use an ARS-70 tub...

This is a little trick I stumbled upon after my little corn snake got out. I found him within 24 hours of having gone missing. I hope this helps!

I used soiled mouse bedding instead of pinkies to draw him in. Smells horrendous to me, but they love it!

I actually have a bunch of rodents in glass tanks in the snake room, he should smell them and stick around? I still haven't found him and it's been a couple days...
