And depending on the facebook group, you might want to forget most of what you were told.

I've got my little fella Perses in a 50Qt. plastic tote. He's got an appropriate sized hide, a small bridge to slither over(aquarium decor), some moss patches, water dish, a neat rock and a Resurrection plant. He seems to enjoy it. It's kinda big but i'm finding little things here and there to spruce it up.

When we got out hatchling BP we put her in a 40 gallon terriaum but it's cluttered up and we have like 8 hides in there for her and she eats every week.I use a 100 watt day bulb and a 100 watt inferred bulb at night and my temps stay between 88 - 93 on the warm side and 80 on the cool side humidity stays at 55% when she ain't in shed and I bump it up to 70% - 80% when she's in shed and shes very content.

I have a 20 long and was told that's its to long.. A couple people said it could work if there's entry of hides in there but the majority of stuff I read said to get a 20 long... So I know the majority of it is gonna be up to personal preference but I'm just trying to get some input becuase I don't wanna stress my snake out when it get it

As long as it's cluttered up and you have enough hides in it a 20 is fine.
