how often should i feed my snake
how often should i feed my ball python? it is about 10 inches long and i feed it one mouse. i have only had it for about three weeks. when i did feed it it took the mouse right away.. snakes are new to me ..if any info it will help greatly.. thank you!!!!

Some folks feed juveniles every 5 days - but for ours of that size I usually stick to a weekly schedule. Check the caresheet for additional information especially if you are new to BPs.

Once a week is plenty.
If you don't have it already, there's a great book called "The Ball Python Manual" that will help you a lot with your new snake. It can be found on Amazon.com for under $10.00

thank you very much i went right out and bought my snake a mouse and it ate it right away.. i will offer my snake a mouse at lease once a week... thanks for the info my snake thanks you too....:D
