Size of rat to feed lacey

Laceyb is a 771g female snake. I been feeding her small rats F/T . While i watch her eat. I say to my self... there's no way this is going in there. Yet after 30 minutes is gone. Should i maybe get weaned rats or jumbo mice. Both are about the same in size and both are one step smaller. I know u feed based on the thickest part of the body but. It might be pretty close to her thickness. What u guys think

The mouse or rat should be Slightly larger than the widest part of her body

At that weight a small rat is just fine. Some of mine that are about 500g will eat small rats. Just depends on the snake and the girth. If you want to figure it out I am sure someone here will either correct me or confirm me but if I remember the feed should be about 10% of weight of the snake.
