    Newish BP owner
Hi all, got my first ball python back in march and so far she is doing well I think but was wondering if I could get a second opinion. She has been eating regularly after a slow start and is approx. 1 year old plus or minus a month or two.

I may be demonstrating new parent syndrome but I do worry if she seems healthy or not.

Looks good! Each snake grows at its own rate.

She looks good. Could be a little plumper, but some just insist on going at their own pace. Nothing to worry about. Healthy animal.

Ah thankyou - I had a wee bit of trouble getting the hunidity right initially and it took her a while to eat but since she started eating she hasn't refused food ever but the initial fast made me worry about her being underweight.
