weird topic; trying to ID bug bite..

Last night, I got this really strange bite on my arm from some kind of bug. I was at my friend's house and saw a dog flea on my arm, but it jumped off and I left the house in a hurry! I am not sure what bit me but I doubt it was the flea; the bite is hard and not really painful, but it feels like the muscle in my arm is tightened up.
Nothing was left in my arm, like a stinger or ::shudder:: fly larvae or anything like that. So what kinda bite makes your muscle feel all tight like this?

Fire ants used to do that to me. Maybe some kind of spider? What ever it is just run to the Doctor if it gets worse:D

Any type of bite can do that. Your muscle feeling tight is an slight allergic reaction. Take some benedryl or something similar and it should make it a bit better. If it gets any worse then a tight muscle (i.e. you start feeling sick to your stomach or having trouble breathing ) you might want to go by the doctor. Also, keep an eye on it. If it starts to turn colors(black blue purple...) or you see a streak then you probably have a spider bite and should make a doctors apt. to get it checked out.
