    First shed - white spots
Any thoughts on what these light splotches could be? This little guy had his first shed...he got part of it off but had to add moist paper towels in the bottom of his bin and let him work the rest out because it was coming off in pieces. After all the shed was off, they were there. They are totally smooth, don't feel any different than his other scales. Nothing sharp he could have scraped himself on in the bin. I figured he would have a rough first shed after being in the pet store and very underweight. He is doing great otherwise...eating hoppers every 3-4 days and looking almost a normal shape now!

Temps are 81 cool side, 89-91 warm spot above heat
Humidity at 70-79 during last week before shed, normally at 60
    Paper towel substrate
    small bin

    Thanks for any help!

looks like leftover shed/residue stuck to individual scales to me. keep the humidity up and should all come off cleanly with the next shed.
