    Question on my "proven"
    Hey everyone!
I have an 800g 1.0 super pastel het pied. Bought him from a good friend of mine who is a reputable breeder. Got him as a hatchling and his father is a visual pastel pied. My snake bred a pastel het pied last season, but unfortunately 2 out of the 4 eggs went bad. Out of two eggs, no pieds. I'm selling my breeder as a proven. I have paperwork. But a guy online told me he isn't a proven breeder until he produces pieds.
What are your opinions on this? Is a het only a proven if he produces with visuals even though it has paperwork?
    Just curious.

Yes. 2 eggs aren't a big enough sample size, but as of right now the truth is that he hasn't produced a Pied and the fact that he's het is as good as the word of your friend. Sure, he's a proven breeder, but he's not a proven het.

Yep Proven means you have produced the visual morph from the snake.
