Is He Shedding?

I recently got my first Ball Python, Monty. He is a Ghost so I did not think anything of him having light colors. When I took him for a walk today I noticed the top part of his eyes were a cloudy blue color. I looked at his belly and it was as white as a ghost, no pink what so ever. So is he shedding? Or is it just something else. Thanks in advance :confusd:

Photos would help but with blued over eyes I would think there will be fresh paint coming soon.

The eyes are not totally blued over, just a little bit at the top of the eye.
