Herpstat redline 2 not working right

Only one of my temp outlets works the other is all wonky going to -79 regardless of my probe. The probe works fine in the second outlet which has the UTH on it but when I plug that probe into outlet one the same thing happens so I know it's the damn outlet and not my probe. I cannot get Spyder robotics to contact me and I have no idea what is going on but I need the thermostat for safety reasons. So if anyone has had this problem or any information at all about spyder robotics please let me knwow.
