1 more day.....

1 More day till my red tail arrives. This Is So Exciting! The cage is all ready. 90 in the basking spot every where else is 80.

Way to go on getting the enclosure ready before your redtail arrives. Good luck with it. Hope it arrives safe and sound.

Reptile_King, what kind of Boa is that on your avatar??? Looks a lot like my mexican boa...and I haven't been able to find a whole lot of info anywhere on this subspecies.

Reptile_King- Its so exciting to get the herps you want.... I remember what it was like waiting till I got Caleb.... Its really awesome that you have your boas home set up prior to getting him/her. I am sure that you will do well, and be a successful keeper.

OK, dont quote me on this..cause I am not really for sure, seeing as though I dont know how well I could trust this source at the time ..... but I think that mexican boa=sonoran boa, as in locality. When I lived in Arizona, I would commonly see boas labeled for sale as "mexican boa".. I was told it is the same as a sonoran (sp).

Hopefully someone who is far more versed on boas and localities will chime in on that..... to be honest too, I have a boa, I know he is a BCI, but as far as anything other than care, I have no clue on sorting out the locality info. I just know he is a beautiful animal that I much enjoy because in essence, he is allowing me to share his life.

I picked it out of the little list. I dont know what it is.
