All of them change as they grow older (except BEL's and those are pretty much white snakes). Some change for the better and some not so. It depends on your viewpoint. Be more specific about what coloration you are looking for in an adult and maybe we can help a little more. Look for adult pictures of the animals you like. Generally high quality animals change less but some things look better with age such as lavender albinos.

my super pastel enchi is holding color outstandingly and actually I like how she's looking better with age. Probably the enchi aiding in retaining the colors. but her yellow and the blushing just pops real nice!

If you want a morph that will always have a very high contrast and be visually stunning, I wold go with pied.

I think Caramels tend to look even better as they get older. :)

Sparks, and Spark combos, Hands Down!

Nothing in my rack holds brightness like sparks. In fact, sparks and their combos get brighter with age. It really is overlooked too much.

I bought a really orange coral glow on Morphmarket and when I got it in the mail it was yellow with spots, looked like a totally different snake. Same goes for Bananas which is the same as a coral glow. I also just bought a fire pied, saw a video from the guy who sold it and the adults have a really faded pattern compared to the bright pattern of a young snake. I'm amazed at how some snakes change and don't even look like the same snake after just a few months. Pieds still have the bright white, but depending on the genes the other colors can fade or get brighter.
