Lavender vs High Contrast Albinos

I have a few questions about these as it seems that pictures don't always show all of the details.
1) Do lavenders typically have better contrast than high contrast?
2)Do lavenders hold their contrast better?
3)Is the degree of tint on lavenders consistent, or does it vary greatly?

Also, could someone attempt to explain the lavender's tint as I am unable to picture it, nor do I have the ability to readily go see one in person.
