    Murphy and his new abode
Here is Murphy, my little ham. He has moved up in the world and decided a 20g tall was a suitable apartment for a maturing bachelor froggie.

Well, here he is in all his blue-greenish glory:

Thank you! :) I only bought one brick of Bed-A-Beast, cut it in half, and it filled that 20g very well. I plan on buying more of it, since at ReptileDirect.com it's only $4-something for a 3-pack. Much better deal. I got the plants at Michael's. It was a huge plant and I only used two vines of it(one of those $8 ones). The twisty vine I got on sale at PetsMart for $3.49. It's a Fluker's Bend-A-Branch, and I just ziptied the leafy vines to it, making them curl better in the tank. I LOVE zip ties, so many uses.

Let me know if you need any other inspirations, I did Murphy's tank in about 30 minutes :)

Ya'll should have seen him last night. Putting his hands up on the glass like a mime, then crawling somewhere else, and putting his hands up. I guess he was trying to get my attention or something. Such a funny boy :)

Oh I know what you mean. I want to get another one, maybe a Waxy Monkey Frog or another big frog. The Monkeys are just a little more specific on their environment, but I doubt that they would be hard to care for. I like their white outlines alot.

I know they can get pretty big; I saw one once that was bigger than my fist!

Murphy definitely needs a ladyfriend (ladyfrog???) now that he has such a cool bachelor pad to invite her over too.

Like I told you Becky, every time I see pics of Murphy I think of that crazy cartoon frog that would never sing and dance in front of anyone but his owner!
