Follicles?

Today I noticed my female bp all stretched out across the cage, not moving or anything. I picked her up to see if anything was wrong and I noticed some lumps throughout her belly. Not really lumps, but just areas where her belly was a little more tough the rest. Maybe its just my own head playing with me, but is it possible that these were follicles (unfertilized "eggs" that just go away if there isn't any sperm present)??? She's only a year and half old, and anywhere from 1200-1300 grams. Is this possible at this point in time?

I would say most likely not follicles I have never been able to feel follicles in even a female close to ovulation .. without "searching for them"

Nope, doesn't sound at all like follicles.

If follicles devlop to the point where you can feel them, you're going to get eggs. Follicles that are still small enough to be reabsorbed generally need to be sonogramed to be detected.

Sure it's possible ... just not likely.

Actually, it's most likely fatty tissue. A girl that young and that weight is gonna have a lot of it. Easy mistake to make for a lot of people.
