I've been lurking on this forum for a few months now and I finally got my first Royal Python today! She hatched in March, she's a normal and I have her feeding records. Good body condition, no stuck shed, attentive, lots of tongue flicking.
I'm gonna attach picture of her setup so feedback is most welcome on it! I'm probably gonna change from aspen to coco fibre or something as the humidity is a bit a low. She has two hides and some ground cover. I need to get a larger water bowl so I'll pick one up soon as possible.
She was being fed on small mice and I plan to feed her small mice until she eats four times consecutively for me before I switch her to rats. Thoughts?
My cool side is a little too cool but I'm working on it so it should be fine. Hot side is 32C/90F. I've got a heat mat attached to a thermostat. I have a thermometer to check ambient temps and a heat gun to check floor temps.
I've had a corn snake for over a year now so I'm feeling pretty confident but let me know if there's anything you think I need to do [emoji4]http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...8abf35889e.jpghttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...c7b144e589.jpghttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...5e38d1d509.jpghttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...5e38d1d509.jpg
