    Strange moving
Gave my baby BP his fourth rat pup today and since the it I have noticed he is moving his head in an almost circular motion. Usually he's completely still but there's definite movement since I've fed him. Is this usual behaviour? Can anyone explain this? There's no spider in him by the way. Cheers.

I have never seen this behavior after feeding. What morph is he? Check and make sure he is breathing properly and that he does not have any substrate blocking his airway.

I don't want to be the bringer of potentially bad news... But if he isn't a spider, it sounds like it could be a neurological issue or even IBD. I'd say a vet visit may be in your and your snake's best interest.
Ive known people who have had to deal with this before.
if he were a spider, I'd say don't worry about it, as you probably already know - this is a common issue in the morph. But since he's not, it's worth getting checked out.

Added to previous post - if he still continues to feed, I wouldn't assume the worst (IBD may not be the case) but if his strange behavior persists, I have a feeling it could likely be a neurological issue,

Thanks for your replies. I will have a closer look at him in another 24 hours once he's had his 48 after food. I haven't not used any signs of RI and no strange noises at all. He is on a newspaper substrate which rules out anything being stuck. He is an enchi pastel male, 6 months. I may be over worrying and will be sure to update this post once I've been able to have a closer/longer look. In the mean time if anyone else recognises what I've described I'd appreciate more opinions. Thanks all!
