How Long after she eats is BEST to handle?
I dont want to say im in a rush to handle her but i really want to try my second handling attempt. I held her briefly a couple days ago but i knew she had to eat Sunday (which she did :D) so i kept it under 10 minutes... I want to know when the best time is to handle her and how long i should wait to see if she wants to come out. I fed her Sunday night.

After eating, you should wait 24-48 hours to handle. I usually wait 2 days to let her digest and relax.

Since you've had this snake for less than two weeks I would wait until she's taken three meals before doing more handling than is needed to change her water and clean up her messes.

We always give Val a full 48 hours. We feed Sunday at 6 pm and don't take her our until Tuesday evening after 6. She usually comes out and starts being more active once she's digested. I never pull her out of hiding, I always wait until she's up and out wanting to hang.
