    Going #1 and #2
Hey everyone I've had my new baby for just over a week now and he's fed twice and I still haven't found a present waiting for me. Is this common or should he be going after every meal? Cool side 80-86 with ir heat lamp warm side is 89-92 with a uth. One hide on each side humidity 50-60%

In my experience there is no schedule for all ball pythons. Some will go once a week, once every 2 weeks, or they can be really nasty like one of my big girls and leave you something that looks like a dog visited once a month. You will get urates(pee) more often then poop. Their metabolisms are very different than other animals.

Oh just wait until you overloaded one day, stressed out, dead dog tired, and running real behind. :rolleye2: That's when you will find presents waiting for you. :)

Haha yeah you're all but guaranteed to see a white log or the big nasty within 24 hours of doing any cleaning and or bedding swaps :p

You could chart it, if you're that brand of nerd...but I doubt there's any kind of a patter worth uncovering. Haha.

The first time mine "went" I thought the white blob was the rat's bones that he had eaten 3-4 days before. Then I got the real shock after the second feed, a nice log about 3" long with what looked like hair in it.

You will also notice your snake won't want to go in his hide if he pooped or solid pee's in it.

Ball Pythons are great predictable animals, but you can't predict their pee/poop
