Need help

I have a subadult piebald ball python female. I have had problems before relating to
her skin redness and underbelly redness but I fear that she may have a larger problem now.
She has a few small patches of scale rot that are being treated with betadine baths and polysporin
after. Her tub has been kept very clean also, But recently I noticed that her underbelly and body has turned
reddish pink. She has not eaten in around 5-6 weeks which hasnt happened before. She is
very active still but temperatures seem fine. She has a UTH that keeps one spot of the tub about 90 degrees
but others cooler and paper towels are substrate. This has happened before but caused by temperature and was resolved. Looks a shed belly to me, but I'm by no means an expert. If you are that worried a vet visit might be in order.
