    New Digs for Dusty
He is back in the same tank, but he had to spend the day in a tub.

It turns out, if you buy enough extra bio-active substrate supplies, you can re-model a second tank! I had just enough light weight drainage gravel, and just enough left-over screen to wrap it in. Turns out I also had PLENTY of top layer too - it is very generously heaped up. The plants are potos, straberry begonia (Latin?), and a gorgeous phliodendron variety called "brazil." I sandwiched the UTH between a bottom layer of stryaofoam, and a top layer of slate. Everything is hooked up, so it should get warm again soon.

It is a smaller viv, but I think it is actually better looking than what the corn snake has.

Oh my God, the house is a mess!
This project took all afternoon, and somehow involved trashing every room. I have styrafoam and equipment and *stuff* strewn everywhere.

(My apologies for the typing - I misplaced my reading glasses, and can't really read any of the above.)
