    Layne Labs- Excellent service!
I have been using Layne now for a while as I think their feeders are the most healthy and clean of all the suppliers that I've tried. I'm lucky that I am in CA so shipping is doable for me. I just placed a large order and it was delivered by FedEx yesterday morning. Well, I got home and no box. Thinking it was an error and it really wasn't delivered, I called Fed Ex and yes it was delivered. Fed Ex driver came to my house and said that he definitely left it.

So, some idiot stole my box of feeders. HA! That'll teach them to steal things! Well, Layne is sending me out a new box ASAP without even a question or hassle. Hopefully they can get their money back from FedEx.

If you want quality feeders and great service, don't hesitate to order from them!!!

I ordered from them several times in 2015 and they are really a superior supplier. I just can't afford the shipping fees being in N.Y. I do miss the quality but Big Cheese Rodent Factory is a great replacement.

I agree that Layne Labs is great. I used to use them all the time but their shipping charges to GA were way too high. I've been using Big Cheese and Perfect Prey for the last couple of years and have found the quality of their feeders and their packaging to be on par with Layne Labs but I save a ton on the shipping charges.

I would seriously love to hear the conversation when that guy opened the box with his buddies to check out his 'loot'.

About 5 months ago I switched from Big Cheese to Layne Labs. Very happy with both suppliers but Big Cheese was out of sizes I needed for a while. My most recent delivery from Layne Labs is packed differently. Seems like they are now coming in large blue foil lined zip lock bags instead of flat packed. I also noticed, for the first time since using Layne, that there was some very small amounts of loose bedding and feces at the bottom of the bag. Feeders overall are still clean (no urine soaked uglies) and good sizes. Figured I'd mention the change in packaging.

April- feeders came today and yes they are packaged differently but I think better. previously mine came in a clear ziplock bag and then in a foil envelope. Mine have never been flat packed but maybe because up until recently I was only buying mice for my colubrids. My BP and Carpet are new additions. I opened two of the packages. One mice and one rats. I found only 1 piece of bedding on a rat but I still have 10 other packs to open...
