    Chow hound
This is "Cheapy". I got him on 2/20/16 and he weighed 149g. He has never refused a meal and before consuming this rat pup he weighed 205g. He has been fed mice up until this rat pup and he came running out of his hide and slammed it straight out of the tongs and then proceeded to eat it butt first. He is by far my best eater even beating out my young coastal CP. He is a funny snake usually hanging out in his cool side hide but with his head out just far enough to see what's going on and if he thinks a meal is coming look out because he will run you over to get to the rodent. I love him.

He really does have quite the personality. I love him. When we purchased him on 2/20/16 at a repticon show here we also purchased another one from a different vendor. The other one "Pricey" is a total opposite of Cheapy. He is scared of his own shadow and has eaten only one time for me and that one was left in the enclosure for him to consume that night. No way he is taking a big mean mouse off of even bigger and meaner tongs and no way he is sticking his head out of the hide to see all of the scary things going on. I even had a guys night for me and the male snakes the other evening and played a Girl snakes gone wild video for entertainment. All of the male snakes and even one of the female snakes watched but no way Pricey was sticking his head out of the hide. smh :tears:

Cheapy sounds like a good keeper for sure.

Hang in there, Pricey will come around. :)

Hopefully tonight will be the night. I just went into the room and heated up a small adult mouse and threw it into Pricey's tub and and noticed Cheapy's head two or three inches out of his hide and staring straight at me begging for seconds. He just ate a rat pup an hour ago. Too funny.
