    Question about hides?
Hi all! Back again with snake care questions. Is it okay to put some moss in a hide to keep humidity up? Ive heard of humid hides and how they can make sure your snake has proper moisture levels but, would it be okay for moss to be inside just a regular wood hide? She has two so I thought maybe only in one so she'd have somewhere not so humid to go to as well.

You can put moss under a hide but I would recommend plastic hides, as wood tends to mold quickly in a high humidity environment.

I wouldn't keep damp moss in a wooden hide. It will grow mold. Use a plastic Tupperware bowl with a top or anything that is plastic that has a lid and then just cut a half circle in a side for a door.
