What is deemed "normal and healthy" weight progression please
In your opinion, what is a normal and healthy weight gain for royals over a period of time please. I know fasting etc comes into play with some snakes but, for example, over 6 months or a year what would be classed as a healthy weight gain for a snake with no feeding problems?

I want to keep a proper record of feeds/poop/shed and weight for my new little ones and would like to know what to expect growth wise :)

Many thanks in advance, everyone here has been so patient and helpful so far xx

There is not set expectation you should concentrate on enjoying a healthy animal and focus on the overall look rather than a number.

Thanks Deb :) I think I am just worrying like an expectant mum lol

Obviously I don't want to over or under feed and ha e too little or too much weight gain creating an unhealthy snake.

The lady I am buying off says that the cinnabee who was weighing 224 grams empty and has been fuss feeding previously ate 2 rat pups which is great. Should I continue offering a rat pup or 2 every 5-7 days? Xx
