PVC incubator questions

Has anyone ever made an incubator out of expanded pvc like what most racks are made of? If so how did it fair out? I'm considering trying it, but thought I'd see if it's been done already before I give it a whirl.

It should work fine. I've never done it though.

Thanks for the replies. I checked out cory's incubator build and discovered that the incubator I had designed in my head was almost the same design. Only instead of using black pvc I planned to use white because that is all my local home depot carries.
