    Question about black pastel
I know that super black pastels can have issues. Do black pastels have any problems when breeding to other morphs?

    Re: Question about black pastel
I don't think black pastel by itself is a cause for concern but black pastel paired with black pastel making supers are prone to duckbilling and kinking of the spinal column. The same is true with super cinnamons (cinny x cinny). They actually resemble each other. Black pastel and Cinnamons.

Thanks. I plan on adding a black pastel to my collection later this year. I just didn't like the issues I saw with the supers. I'm happy to find out theg don't have problems with other morphs.

They do not, I have never had any issue with any of the Black Pastel Combos I have produced, I only chose to stay way from producing supers or combos that contain super in them.
