Eden the snake in the garden
I received a little present in the mail today from fellow member Albert Clark. First I want to thank Albert for what I would consider a perfect transaction. He took great care of the little girl while the weather cleared up to allow shipping, even going as far as converting her to f/t by my request. He worked with me to find a payment plan that worked well for me, even at his already low prices. Most sellers promise updates, but in the end I usually don't feel the stay up to my standards. This was not true with Albert whose updates were so often and complete that I would have felt completely comfortable with him holding the snake indefinitely if there had been a need. I have no second thoughts saying he is completely trustworthy and I am sure anybody else that has dealt with him would agree.

Now on to the snake. I almost did not end up with this girl because I wasn't really in the market for a female piebald, but there was something really special about her pattern that I really love. It had been awhile since they had hatched so I figure I would email Albert about her with full expectation she had sold. She was in fact on hold for someone so that was that. A week or two later Albert got a hold of me letting me know the other deal had fallen through and she was available. I jumped on her right then. Not only is she beautiful but also has a great temperament so far, being far less nervous and jumpy than my other older piebald. Without further ado I give you Eden.

Is she just pied? that's a really cool pattern.

Thanks, as far as we know she is only pied. I am hoping there is a chance that her pattern is due to something genetic, but it is very small chance.

Both parents are regular pied gene only from Garrick Demeyer's collection in 2012. The female was bred for the first time. She was only paired with the pied male. The clutch was a virgin clutch sired by one pied male.

I too am surprised that she is "just" a Pied. Her pattern is great!

Eden just shed and I can't get over how gorgeous she looks. I decided I should share her with the fellow enthusiasts.
