    BP Size?
I'm getting a BP tomorrow from a girl but I was wondering something. She said he's 5 feet, but that's rather large for a boy. Could it be possible that he's actually a she? I'd have to see him in person to tell if he is actually 5 feet, which I will, but I was wondering if males ever got that big. Male or female, I'm getting it either way. I'd just like to know. I'll honestly be better off taking him (or her) to a vet to get sexed, but I guess I just wanted opinions.

5' is not outside the realm of possibility for a male, all my adult males are between 4' and 5', they are definitely slimmer and lighter than my girls though.

Sounds like he is an oldie :) but a goodie! Yes, even the males can reach 5', though it usually takes them longer to do so - the girls reach that size earlier, and are girthier, but since snakes never stop growing (they just grow slower the older they get) it's very likely that he is still a he... the size isn't usually a good way to guess the gender.

There is only one way to know it's to sex it, chances are if you are not experience you will not be able to pop it (take experience and practice to pop adults), so you will have to get it probed by someone that knows what they are doing.
