SOAKED tub!

Woke up this morning and did my normal peek and see of his tub and noticed his humidity was pretty high...opened his tub and the whole tub was soaked... noticed he pooped and urinated but not sure where the soaked paper towels came from..... �� I was under the impression that they don't really pee liquid.. could it have come from something else? ? I just took him out and cleaned and dried it up. . Replaced paper towels and put him back in.

My girl definitely pees a bit of liquid. I know this because she went while I was holding her; pissing on my foot, dropping a urate crystal on the carpet and then immediately started to poo (which I managed to catch on a bit of lino).

My guesses are that he took a dip in the water bowl and overflowed it, or partially tipped and spilled it. :)

Oh, they definitely pee liquid!! The bigger the snake, the bigger the mess. :) If you've got a water bowl in there big enough for them to curl up in, that might have overflowed as well... we get that a lot at the beginning of their shed cycles, and subsequently dump some of their water so they can soak without soaking their bins.

Liquid pee... mine does it too.

They definitely pass liquid. When will I know that I have to clean their cage is that there's tons of condensation on the side of the tub. The longer it sits the worse it smells
