    20L tank to tub
gonna have to move my boy from a 20L to a tub due to "apartments don't allow reptiles". I want to move my little 86g ball to a tub with the same enclosure he's in now, but a tub. Question is because he's used to a 20L should I choose a 15-16qt tub with the same set up or should just go for a 28qt with the same set up.

If you want a tub with a similar floor space, compare the areas (footprints). Look at 5-gallon buckets vs. 5-gallon tanks of various shapes; they have a lot of different floor areas.

I would go with a 28qt tub or 41qt. Also, there is going to be a deluge of people chastising you on here for having a snake in an apartment when it isn't allowed. Just be prepared for it. :)

I'd go with the 28/32qt as well. Just clutter it up some, but that will give him room to grow and he can be in that size tube for a very long time, if not forever.

"You're" is a contraction for the words "You are." Now in contrast the word "your" is a possessive pronoun.

My favorite! Awful vague platitudes. Hey I have a few also:

If that's all you have is a miss spelling, you already lost.
I would suggest today not being the day.

Yeah I understand the chastising. First time I've been back in apt in a long time and didn't think about certain restrictions. Going forward I can move him in a tub enclosure now where he will be secluded to his own private space hidden from eyes. I'm trying to be proactive now before any questions are asked.

    Thank you for the replies.
