Re: well that's a bummer....
My only suggestion would be with prey heat. He may have missed because the prey may have been cold. A hair dryer for like two minutes on the head will work or heating additionally with light or heating pad. My guy missed, i threw the mouse under a hairdryer for like two minutes and presto!
other than that who knows?
sometimes a snake just won't eat, just watch his size and check vent and mouth and go to the vet if it lasts a while or you haven't been in a year or so. Or who knows maybe he'll eat next feeding attempt (might want to wait a day or two just to prevent additional stress).
:0)
Re: well that's a bummer....
that's a suck...this time time of year is tricky for me cuz i like to open all the doors and windows. i need to pay xtra close attn to temps & humidity...
btw.....ghetto tonges? enlighten me....please...(hands?)dah.
Re: well that's a bummer....
mouse was warm enough... definitely warmer than my hand. i'm not too worried, just bummed he finally ended his streak ;) i'll mist before hand, get the humidity back up to par for next time.... and i'll be suprised if he doesn't take it then... if he doesn't, then i MIGHT start worrying :P
