    Stool sample for vet?
    I don't know what snake poop looks like so I'm not sure if this is a urate or a poop? I'm getting him tested for paracytes in case so I need to bring the right sample. A healthy snake is a happy snake! So what is this? Thanks!

    The other 'stuff' is generally larger , dark in colour and smelly .. usually soft and squishy unless it's near a heat source and dried out .

    As to how often ... they're all so different ..

    When they need to! Some go every weeks some can go once a month or more, it depends on the animal, prey size and feeding freqency. Your best chance to collect fecal matter is after a shed if the animal is young.

    Thank you guys so much this clears things up for me. I will keep an eye out! He just shed so maybe soon! He is on weaned rats feeding every 7 days and he is around 6 months and 310 grams. Love him so much!
