    Weird red patches?
    So my friend just got a pastel BP from a friend and I noticed she had some red patches on her back? She did have mites, so we soaked her with the Natural Chemistry spray, but it doesn't look like mite bites, could it be scale rot? I'll add a photo.     Honestly, I think that is mainly coloration. It may have been a area that was occupied by mites before the "natural chemistry" application. It does seem to be a issue with raised scales. Probably in the healing stage now.

    i agree with Albert and think the spot/patches are coloration and pattern. my Clown girl has many of them along her dorsal.

    Its called "blushing" it's a natural part of their patterning.
