Any new caging brands or types out there?
I'm looking for something at least 4'x2'x2' but preferably 3 feet tall. It's an odd dimension that the normal places don't carry. I have an AP t8 and love it but it's going to be at least 12 weeks for delivery for another terrarium that I want.

Any other places? I've tried boaphile, vision, AP, and cold blooded enclosures. CBE is the closest but am unsure of quality and the size is still a bit short. Opinions?

Also thinking of ordering CDPVC sheets and just screwing them together to make my own. Anybody ever done this?

If your on facebook, look for local buy/sell reptile groups for your area or state. Atleast in my area there are a good amount of people who will build custom enclosures at great prices and that is where i've found them.

Can I ask why you want it to be so tall? Just curious....

Getting PVC sheeting from Home Depot or a sign company and building it wouldn't be that difficult. Tracks are easy to come by, and if you have a local source for glass doors, you'd be set. Ordering glass doors for something that size will get pricey. You could use Lexan or something similiar, but it will get scratched or warped over time. Heating it could also be a PITA... unless it's going into a warm room.

LOL! Scaled Enclosures!!! I'm not ready for prime time yet. Still working on some details with shipping but I did get the FB page up.

    Dave

EDIT TO ADD: That's all I'll say for now. I'm being very careful about the TOS on this site.

For an enclosure that size I would definitely DIY. Shipping something that big will be expensive even if it's flat packed and you have to assemble it.
