    Ahhh hahahahaha

No one would ever suspect the stench that will be going on inside...Maybe you can start breeding rats for Lang since our normal source has become so unreliable.....

Did you daughter pick out the color???

you crawling around in the little pink house feeding rats....LMAO.... that would be a site :)

or some little kids sneek into your yard...open the door..and there is a big surprise inside :)

brad, did you think that i picked those colors? our 3 & 9 yr olds picked those colors out. rats will probably never see that house, my wife and i built that ourselves for the girls to play in. if we are still in this house years from now , you never know.

Hehehe - that's awesome - hope no local zoning committees come charging down your back (when I lived in Fairfax/Vienna the horror stories like that never ended). Perfect color scheme for rats and crumpets though. You could probably hire Mle to do you up some nice purple stars and such (heck she could spot-match it to the foolery theme heheh).

Until such a time comes to pass I am sure the girls will love it.

Didn't John Melloncamp write a song 'bout those kinda houses?

you know, i used to paint murals and do faux finishes and special wall treatments in people's houses. little girl's rooms were some of the most fun to do. maybe i'll stop by next time i'm up that way visiting my parents. :P

Well, not really outside ... they need some type of shelter from the elements.

But yes, lots of commercial rodentries use outdoor sheds. I think I remember pictures of a facility in Florida where they had these long huts and the walls came off in the summer. My "rat guy" has a large barn on a farm ... you can still smell that cow "poo" when you're there.

When you're producing a couple of thousand rodents a week, keeping them inside a "house" isn't possible.
