Does it means she wants to breed?
My 1400g female has been wrapped around her water dish
for the last 2 days.
Does it means she wants to breed?
I checked the temps and everything is right, what do you guys think?

I got a 1300 gram one doing the same thing on and off for the past 10 days and was wondering the same thing
Re: Does it means she wants to breed?
It doesn't mean she "wants" to breed. When a snake wraps the water bowl, they are using it as an aid to thermo regulate. When a female is building follicles they will wrap their water bowl when it is kept on the cool side, they do this to sooth the unpleasant feeling that they are experiencing from the building process.

No, that's not necessarily the case. Females begin developing follicles when they're ready to. Sometimes the presence of a male can encourage this, but a lock does not determine the time that a female begins developing follicles.
