BP export from the US - how long to get CITES?

Hello everyone,

I'd like to ask the following to those of you who have experience with shipping of ball pythons from the US abroad. I'm in the following situation:

I've purchased 3 ball pythons from BHB and paid for them via PayPal on November 12th 2015 and ever since then they've been waiting for the CITES export papers from the authorities. It's an export from the US to Switzerland.

Of course, I'm still dedicated on getting the snakes, I just wanted to ask if it's usual for the CITES export papers to take so long? How long did it take you to obtain the CITES export papers?
