Good Guy - Matt Buchanan at Buchanan Herpetological

Just wanted to give a nod to Matt Buchanan who I recently purchased an exceptional Pied Ghost male from. He was great to work with. All of my emails/questions were responded to quickly and clearly. He informed me about a Fed Ex advisory still lingering and said he wouldn't attempt delivery until it was resolved as a lot of deliveries had been delayed by the snowstorms that had come through. He was very accommodating watching for another shipping window to open, and when I expressed concerns, he said he'd be happy to wait until I was comfortable to ship, even if the temps were within his comfort range. The snake arrived in perfect condition and after settling in has eaten for me, so I expect everything to be fine going forward.

I would certainly be comfortable purchasing from Matt again in the future and I am happy to give him my endorsement.

I was looking at purchasing from him, but it was a little more snake and price than what I was looking for. He was very polite and punctual with his responses, even after I told him I would have to pass. Will keep him in mind in the future.
