Some pics I took of my horse and others
Here's Dixie(sorrel QH)- she is actually underweight, and I am planning on getting her off of this place ASAP, her normal weight is around 1200lbs or so:

Enjoy :). I've known most of these horses since I was about 5, and I've had Dixie since she was 8yrs9mos and she just turned 15, so 7 years.

Aw, she's a purdy girl. Horses in your neck of the woods are lucky; my poor Em has to walk through a foot of mud just to get out to the roundbales! Grass? it is not even 2 inches long yet. :)
Re: Some pics I took of my horse and others
Sheesh! Mine in my yard is already a foot high in some places, and me still without a lawnmower. Someone want to come graze in my yard a bit?
Re: Some pics I took of my horse and others
Hey marla, you should have a farmer come down with a tractor and baler, and take some of it off your hands! :)
Re: Some pics I took of my horse and others
Ha, yeah, except he'd have to pass a lot more places with a lot more grass before he got to my place, and then he'd never get it in the backyard! Fortunately for me, my cousin has a spare mower she's offered me, so I should have a more manageable yard soon. Thank goodness that so much of it is covered with clover and violets instead of grass! What I really need is a little goat, I think. :)
