    Please Help?
I know this is a weird request, but I really want to buy a BP cage and can't seem to do it. You see, I'm hearing impaired and talking on the phone isn't much of an option. I've sent them two emails in the last month asking for a special order for my snakes but there has been no reply. It says they don't check email often, but you'd think it'd be at least once a month, lol. Anyways, they have a phone number on their website here and it would be such a help if somebody could call them and see if they got my email from kelseygoldman@mac.com so I can order these cages.

Thanks in advance if you are willing to help out, the website with the number is here: http://www.boaphileplastics.com/contact.html.

Try animal plastics instead maybe. Their service is incredible. They answered all my questions by the next day. They can build you anything you want, and for cheaper too.

Definitely email Animal Plastics! They will respond promptly. Their customer service is top notch. I actually just received my first cage from them Friday and it is perfect.

This. I do own a Boaphile and the quality is excellent, but I purchased it locally, used, off of Craigslist. Their reputation for CS is rather poor.

I e-mailed Animal Plastics with a question a few months ago and got a prompt response, and have since bought three cages from them. Nth-ing the suggestion to go with AP.

Thanks, but I'd really rather go with Boaphile Plastics as I've thought this through. I'd really just appreciate somebody giving them a quick call for me?
