Cottonmouth, this guy was actually found Nov 22. I was pretty surprised he was still out.
We found a lot more than I have pictures of, but these were some of the favorites. Hope you all enjoyed.

i've seen rattlers and only once, a Gila Monster when i lived in AZ in 2004. had geckos and small lizards show up in the apartment. i'll try to find/post pix. never herped when i lived in Cali. seen Garters and lake turtles only here in WA.

It is. There is usually something out every time I go, except in winter of course. I just look for deer then. I've got a particular buck that I have been tracking for 2 years now. I'll be going on a deer survey Monday night with the heartland network. Hoping to see him then since I haven't had a good confirmed sighting of him in about a month now. Possible sighting two weeks ago, but it was so dark I couldn't be sure.
