Black pewter or misinformed?

Hi, I'm looking at a site that is selling a black pewter, I know nothing but online pics of black pewters, but it doesn't have the colors of any black pewters I have seen online and I know that I have personally caught this site mislabeling a leopard gecko morph before.
note that my main reference on the morphs looks is here
So before buying for my breeding needs, black pewter, yay or nay?

do u think they just put up the wrong pix? let them know and ask for a pix of the Black Pewter.

Definitely nay for black pewter. At first I thought low quality enchi. But it may just be a dinker.

Kinda how I'm feeling too. Something seems off from a normal to me, but it definitely doesnt say black pewter to me.
I'll call them tomorrow as well and ask them for pics. Thanks for the idea.
I will update when I get them.

Kinda reminds me of a boa I saw on craigslist the other day.

It was actually a pic of a normal BP and they wanted $400 for it and another $200 for the glass tank. People!!! :taz:

It looks healthy, I'll give it that much. But that's about as normal as a normal can get.

It actually looks like a vanilla to me. Definitely not a pewter.

There is some black color on it but that's as close as it gets. :rofl::rofl:

Uh... well maybe its a het for black pewter? lol...

But seriously, I would contact them and ask for a second picture. Perhaps there was a clerical error.

So after getting a response they confirmed a wrong image upload.

Now looking at it I know for sure it's black pewter, thanks for the help guys. :)

On my way to silver streak breeding.... you know, in 3 years when it grows up. ;)
